POST https://{organization}.my.pitcher.com/api/v1/events/

No-op stub for /api/v1/events/; the events API was removed in PIT-1525.

Current iOS builds still ship the events JS-bridge handlers (Bridge/RequestHandlers/Events/),
which call this route when an installable app asks for events, so it stays until those handlers
are removed in an iOS release. It returns empty results rather than a 404.
